Product Overview

Water soluble polyurethane plugging agent is a polymer chemical grouting plugging material produced by polymerization chemical reaction of polyisocyanate and polyalkyl polyether. It is used to repair leakage in concrete cracks of buildings. It is suitable for the crack stop and reinforcement of underground engineering such as subway, tunnel, culvert, dam, port pier, garage and civil air defense.

 

Performance Characteristics

• Good hydrophilicity, chemical reaction immediately after water, disperse emulsification bubble expansion. The gel solidifies into a highly elastic substance that blocks cracks and permanently stops water.
• The gel time can be controlled, the consolidation time can be controlled within a few seconds to a few minutes according to the water temperature and water quantity, and a small amount of catalyst can be added if necessary.
• Large package water. Good toughness, no shrinkage, strong adhesion with the base, and strong adaptability to water quality, seawater can also be solidified.

• Single liquid grouting, low viscosity, good irrigability, simple construction, easy to clean.

Storage and transportation

• During transportation, the product should be strictly protected from rain and sun, avoid collision and fall during handling, and replace the original packaging with a new drum in time.
• The product should be sealed and stored in a dry and ventilated place indoors, away from open flame, isolated from heat source radiation, shelf life of 6 months under the original packaging.
