Breakthrough in material modification achieved by introducing perfluoroalkyl side chains (C6F13-):

 

  • 98% concentrated sulfuric acid immersion for 30 days, mass change rate <0.3%
  • Compression modulus attenuation rate <10% at 180℃

 

A 10,000m³ concentrated sulfuric acid storage tank foundation in Shandong Dongying Refining and Chemical Project had acid leakage, and a "three-stage protection system" was adopted:

 

  1. Base treatment: phosphoric acid solution etches the concrete surface to increase mechanical bite force
  2. Transition layer: epoxy primer containing glass flakes (thickness 200μm)
  3. Main layer: fluorine-modified polyurethane grouting liquid (fluorine content 18%) Key construction parameters:

 

  • Grouting temperature controlled at 40-50℃ (optimal range of NCO reaction activity)
  • Segmented pressure grouting, each section maintains a pressure of 1.2MPa for 10 minutes Acceptance test shows: acid penetration is reduced from 15L per day to 0.02L, meeting GB 50046-2018 Severe corrosion protection requirements.
